In an effort to prevent student loans from doubling in July – and avoid adding yet another burden on students who are suffering from high unemployment, high gas prices and the ObamaCare law that is preventing small businesses from hiring – Reuters reports Congressman Boehner announced today the House will vote later this week to keep rates low.
